Saying Yes to Your Best & No to the Rest
Client Examples of Launch Order Planning
Client A: launched their website with a blog and newsletter, established an audience, then started hosting in-person community meetup and added consulting sessions online.
Client B: launched with an online collective, while also converting two established, in-person trainings into a hybrid model on & offline, then later began launching online workshop series.
Client C: launched with individual sessions and sessions packages, then added in some local events, then launched an 9-month online training program, and plans to create an evergreen training course next.
Client D: launched with consulting sessions and discounted rate for multiple sessions purchased upfront, then launched a training a program, and plans to create an online community next.
Notice how each of these clients launched with what they knew to be their strongest offering, then continued their rollout of offerings, with a slow build plan. They are all flourishing in their online businesses.
Exercise 1: Services & Offerings Audit
In your notebook, create a simple spreadsheet to crosscheck your intended first offerings with your 4-pillars. Do all your intended or current offerings align with at least one pillar or hopefully more? Does anything need to be reconsidered or let go of at this point?
Then create your launch rollout ordering. What will launch first on your web? What comes next... Then what will come in the future, once your foundational offerings are set and rolling good?
